Plastic Make Co manufactures custom injection molded plastic parts for overseas buyers who need practical engineering support, stable production, and export-ready quality control from China. We support new product development, mold making, T1 sampling, production molding, secondary finishing, assembly, packaging, and shipment follow-up.
Send a 3D file, 2D drawing, sample photo, material requirement, quantity, surface finish, and target application. Our team reviews moldability before quoting so you can understand tooling cost, part cost, lead time, risk points, and what information is still needed.
What We Mold
- Functional plastic housings, covers, brackets, clips, caps, and enclosures.
- Plastic parts with threaded inserts, metal inserts, overmolded areas, or assembly features.
- Industrial, medical, automotive, electronics, consumer product, and equipment plastic parts.
- Prototype tools, bridge tooling, and production molds for repeat orders.
Injection Molding Workflow
Before mold steel is cut, we review wall thickness, draft angle, ribs, bosses, undercuts, gate location, parting line, shrinkage, texture, insert position, tolerance stack-up, and visible surface requirements. This early DFM step helps avoid unnecessary mold changes after first samples.
After tooling starts, we follow mold manufacturing, T1 trial, sample inspection, correction notes, surface review, color matching, and production approval. For production orders, we can coordinate dimensional checks, photos, packing confirmation, and shipping documents.
Materials
Common materials include ABS, PP, PC, PA, POM, PE, PMMA, TPE, TPU, PBT, PET, and glass-filled engineering plastics. If you are not sure which material to use, share the application, operating temperature, strength requirement, color, outdoor exposure, flame rating, food contact, or chemical resistance requirement.
Request a Quote
For the fastest review, send STEP files, 2D drawings, material, quantity, color, finish, expected annual volume, destination country, and any inspection standard. If the project is still early, a sketch or sample photo is enough for initial discussion.
If your project is still early, review low volume injection molding, tooling cost factors, and DFM review.
