PP Material Advantages

Design Considerations
PP has higher shrinkage than some engineering plastics, so mold design, gate location, wall thickness, rib design, and dimensional control need careful review. Warpage, sink marks, hinge performance, and assembly fit should be checked during T1 samples and production approval.
