Design Review
Enclosures require careful review of internal clearance, wall thickness, boss strength, screw assembly, parting line, gate marks, ejector marks, surface appearance, and fit between upper and lower shells. If waterproofing, flame rating, or drop resistance matters, define the requirement before tooling.
Material Choices
ABS, PC, PC-ABS, PP, PA, and flame-retardant grades are common choices. The right material depends on impact, heat, flame rating, outdoor exposure, appearance, and cost target.
