Material and Performance Review
Automotive plastic parts may require heat resistance, UV resistance, impact resistance, flame rating, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, or long-term assembly reliability. We review material selection, wall thickness, ribs, clips, snap fits, tolerance, texture, and critical dimensions before tooling.
Tooling and Quality Control
During tooling and samples, we check fit, deformation, sink marks, flash, warpage, clip strength, surface texture, and dimensional consistency. Production inspection can include sample retention, critical dimension reports, packing photos, and buyer-defined checks.
